I purchased this couch last month. It was supposed to arrive early August. We got one of the packages before the expected date, however the other package was not arriving. We checked with the seller and FEDEX, turns out our package was stranded somewhere in the shipping system (not sure whether it was FEDEX or sellers fault for the shipping error). We had half a couch to sit on for weeks and it was really frustrating. However, the customer service team was very responsive and made sure we got a replacement package. After some logistical wait time, we finally got our whole couch. Even though the wait was frustrating, kudos to the team handling the error.
About the actual couch: great value for 300 bucks. It was easy to assemble, its fairly comfortable. It is a bit smaller than I expected but it works great for a small NYC apartment.
