Really like this wine rack, its quite sturdy and looks good. Took almost two hours to put together but the first hour was me doing it by myself. If youve built furniture before, like I have, you should be able to put it together pretty quickly. Only reason I knocked off a star was because it was missing two screws and the drawer faceplate wasnt predrilled (Unfortunately I dont own a drill in my small apartment otherwise I would have drilled it myself). I sent in a parts request and someone named Lizabeth answered me the following day and apologized and said she sent over the request to the parts department. Took a couple days but then received a tracking number via email and it was 4 or 5 days before I received the parts.
Sure, I would have liked to have had the all the parts initially. But, I didnt check to make sure I had all the parts before starting to build and after two hours of putting it together there was no way I was taking it all back apart and sending it back to . Still giving 4 stars though because getting the parts only took one email and I didnt have to sit on the phone on hold with a call center in India for an hour.
