Great cat tree that my 2 big kitten cats love. Everything came in perfect shape with good assembly directions. The price is totally reasonable and worth it for what you get. Even though I like more modern looking cat trees myself, they are not typically as comfortable for kitties and that sort of defeats the purpose of having a cat tree if they cant find comfort and safety using the tree/ condo. This is a comfortable cat tree/ condo. There are a couple similar versions out there that are a tad cheaper but they only have one sisal scratching post and the scratchable ramp whereas this one has two sisal posts and the scratching ramp. Cats love those posts and you can teach them to use them instead of your furniture by scratching at it yourself in their presence and or tying a curly string or ribbon to the top of the post and letting it hang over the post. The kitties will get the hang of it. The top perch is the kitties favorite area to chill on and rest and the height of the condo has good window viewing out for our kitties. The company also gave an extra ball and lower wrap around piece for the bottom cubbie, which is generous! Id buy this condo for one of your rooms in the house and put it near a window for your kitties viewing outside pleasure and comfort! Id definitely buy from this company again.
