I flaw. The inner circle part that you install was cut 1/2 inch too big. Thankfully my husband is handy with tools. So he trimmed it down and now they are on this thing all the time. I looked at others in pet stores, but they were almost twice the price and all covered in carpet. I didnt time that. This one has removable parts that velcro to make it easy washable. I would definatly recommend this
