I was skeptical about buying this online, but it turned out great! The instructions were easy to follow. The cat house on the top portion was a little tricky to screw together and I was surprised that the bottom house was just a thick piece of felt.
Even with the inconvenience it was worth my time since I paid 1/2 what they charge for these cat condos (compared to stores like Petco or Petsmart).
