The item arrived timely. However it arrived without all the parts. It was very hard to assemble because the 9nstructiobs are not clear. Only pictures. And I have no way to control the chair. If you 0lug it in it vibrates all over. Since I have no remote I won't be plugging in the chair. I have already contacted the seller. I have not heard from them. It's Christmas Eve, this was a Christmas gift. I'd just choose a different manufacturer next time. Poor quality and product .
