The chair and ottoman are fairly comfortable. Had ordered two sets. One set assembly was OK but the massage portion did not work on the ottoman. The other set after I was almost done with the assembly one of the wholes was not bored properly and therefore the tension button does not go in all the way. I was not about to take the chair apart to return it. The ottoman base did not arrive with the first shipment. Requested it from the seller and they shipped the top to the ottoman instead. Had to request it again then finally received it after a few more days. The massage portion for that ottoman does not work either. So I am not sure if they test out the massage portion of the chair and ottoman before shipping product out. The massage portion of the chair itself works great. After going through what I did I do not feel like the chairs and ottoman set is worth the price.
