I bought this chair a year ago. It wasn't easy to assemble but I rather expected that. What I didn't expect was for the cushion in on the arm rest to become compacted. I now have an indentation on TBE left arm rest. I also thought, being 5'3, the seat would be higher. My knees are higher than my hips making trying to stand an effort. Next time I need a chair I'll go somewhere where I can try it before I buy it. I just want to give it away.
