    Too short, uncomfortable seat

I bought this for my disabled father so he would have a sturdy chair to sit at his TV table with. I wanted something that turned so he could spin it away from the table to sit, but not a computer chair that could roll away on him, or a recliner which would be too bulky for the table. This chair would be good enough for that purpose... Except it's almost 4 inches lower than any computer chair or recliner we've ever had and isn't height adjustable. That means it's farther for him to sit down and much, much harder for him to stand up from. I could forgive the other flaws if it was a normal chair height, but it's 14.5 inches off the ground at the highest point of the seat. Even trying to use it myself as a computer chair, it's absurdly short and I have to bring my elbows up to shoulder height to reach my mouse and keyboard. Other cons: -Putting it together was more difficult than an average chair like this due to bad fittings. -The back is plush as heck, but the seat is kind of thin and we can feel the inner framework. -Even if the height of the chair was normal, the arm rests are super low in profile to the seat. -Turning feels like using a pepper grinder and isn't smooth at all.
