A little smaller than expected, and was pretty stiff out of the box. After a couple weeks it softened a little but still firm. If you plan to lay down you'll need at least 3 cushions in a row or your feet will hang off ( I'm 5'7). My girlfriend put it in a 2x2 with the last ottoman as a footrest and it was very cozy.
customer service is where the real win here though! Great communication and very understanding. They were able to work with all of my concerns.
