The hydraulic parts are defective and the manufacturer () never sent me a replacement that was ordered on February 28, 2021. It was supposed to be a bed with storage. It is useless if I cant lift it to get to the storage. Over six months have passed so obviously they do not care and I'm left with a piece of junk for a full price. is not willing to help either so I guess I'll have to close my account and stop using them if they sell crap from dishonest businesses.
