Cushion firmness is just right for comfort and endurance (dont sag). Fabric is high quality soft, smooth, woven / I applied 2 coats of Scotchguard. Look is beautiful, light and modern. I paid for 5 year protection plan to protect investment. The only negative is seat depth / it forces a straight back / so this isnt a comfy sprawling couch. I pulled seat cushions a bit away from back to compensate. Overall, having searched both stores and online, this is a great sofa and Im very pleased. BTW, almost all items in room pic were .
