I was very surprised to find how easy this couch was to assemble. The hardest part besides deciding which way I wanted the chaise was figuring out the back cushions and where the angled ones went, LOL! All it took a bit of common sense combined with tetris skills I was able to figure it out. The whole process took about an hour with two people. A few of the cushions were malformed as others showed in photos, but it was from being squished when they were packed. I gave them a good beating, made a few adjustments to the seat covers and they were perfect! The seats are pretty firm for me at 115 but any less support and a bigger person would flatten them out. The backs are nice and fluffy so overall its pretty comfortable, especially when you lay out on the chaise to take a nap!
