I love this bed got it shipped Nov 3, 2016 and I received it a few days later. I just put it together Dec 14, 2015 and it is super sturdy. However, the manufacturer missed an import hole that did not get punched out on one of the main brackets that ties the bed altogether making it secure for the frame. I now have to use a punch and drill to create this hole that was missed by the manufacturers quality control. This causes me more stress and drama to create a hole that should have already been there. However, its more drama to send it back for one tiny hole and go through putting this bed together again. I find it silly there is no way to contact the seller or manufacturer through other than this feedback which is another issue I do not like. I am very pleased with the bed just hate that they missed a hole in manufacturing making it more work for me to put together.
