    Missing Parts...Customer Service is Responsive

    Received package, but a piece was missing, so... Update: I sent an email to the manufacturer Sunday night and got a response and the missing item shipped out that Monday morning, so Im happy about that. Received item, it was wrong. Sent another email, shipped out another item, received it and it was wrong. Update: its been a heck of a time trying to get this, but after a missing item and two wrong items shipped, they finally decided to just ship out a whole new bed frame. All the pieces were accounted for thank God, and now my frame is finally up. Not sure if others have had this issue, but at least the customer service was responsive, no matter how long it took. Im giving 4 stars because theres no way I shouldve received the wrong item twice, after having missing parts from the original shipping order. It was just inconvenient, and having my mattress on the floor for 2 weeks was not ideal. After its all said and done, the frame looks nice, feels sturdy, and was easy to assemble.
