Arrived new, perfectly packaged. The faucet on top is nice and hefty. The rest felt lightweight which was a bit of a letdown; thus the 4 stars. I tested the handheld and water comes out nicely. If after install, it is sturdy and works seamlessly, then it will be worth the price as it looks very modern and expensive. I will update review after installation.
