The bed frame was missing a couple of pieces, I contacted the company by email and they responded the same day. They they asked for the missing part number and they stated that they would send out my missing pieces. This was all done within a couple of days. Love their customer service and the bed is of great!!!! quality. Would recommend this company and would purchase from them again. Thank you
