Both the table and chairs are constructed of good quality eucalyptus wood. My only complaint would be that the chairs have a slightly darker finish than the table. I believe this is due to the fact that the table has not had sealer applied. The manufacturer recommends waiting until the end of the season to do this. Update: July 2020- Applied teak oil to the dining set after two years of use. After application, the furniture looks as good as when it was delivered.
