    Replacing a defective part not possible?

    Ive just had the product for a few days, so when I had the opportunity to inspect the set, I found 2 chairs missing the leg caps. 1 of those chairs also has damage the leg that is missing the cap. When I looked at the options on reporting the damage, the only option is to send the whole set back and request a refund for a missing or damage product. I dont want to send the whole set back for a refund - just fix the chairs. Shouldnt be this difficult.
