Frame arrived safely, and undamaged, no complaints there.
My complaint is with the instructions that are provided. They are illustrations and in black and white. It is easy enough to identify the wood pieces, but NOT the long black screws. There are 2 kinds in the package, ones with a pointed end and ones with a blunt end. They don't have part numbers and aren't clearly defined in the instructions. So...I ended up having to basically build this bed 2 times because when it comes time to attach the sides...the pointed screws don't fit into the silver caps, so I had to remove the head and foot board screws, switch them and re-drill them in. My suggestion to the manufacturer is to give the screws part numbers so we know which ones go where instead of guessing and then having to start over when we think we are almost done.
The blunt end screws go into the silver caps!
