This bed was easy to assemble and looks great for the price paid. It is not solid word and is a laminate but even then it looks and feels great when all assembled! It fit our twin mattress just fine and seemed sturdy enough even when I laid on it(180lbs). If you're looking for a cheaper option to add a great furniture item to the bedroom this will work great.
