The only thing that I like about this is how helpful the actual company that made it is. We bought it (1st time) and the longest piece was cracked, sent it back got a replacement. The replacement (2nd time) and again the longest piece was not just cracked but broken, mind you both time the outside packaging was in good condition. I emailed the company because this is ridiculous right!? They thankfully contacted us and sent out a new shelf. The new replacement to the replacement (3rd time) stay with me here, the package on the outside itself was in horrible condition, somewhat cut into, dented in some areas I mean it looked like a mess. However, the whole shelf itself inside the box was all in great condition (compared to the previous two). The company asked me to delete my last review and write a new one. So here it is my new review the shelf itself looks amazing assembled and; for the moment; it is steadily on the wall….not much has been put on top of it for our own fear of it falling and breaking our items that it should hold up. So yes but this shelf bit of something is wrong with it contact the company and not . Because the company will do all it can to. Have a good review…. is trying to make a sale. Theres a difference.
