The shipping got delayed several days, which was frustrating, but not counting that against the item.
I was suprised ad the quality for the price. Its much nicer than something from and much cheaper. In terms of assembly, the instructions are easy to follow and all of the items I needed were included. The bolts and tools come in a pre/packaged container, which I think helps make sure you get all the parts the first time. The assembly is a bit involved, but its not difficult by any means.
It would have been easier to assemble with someone else helping, but I was able to do it alone in about an hour.
