If you can read , easy set up. Took about two hours with all the tools provided. The clips are a challenge , but if you take a pair of pliers and bend the clip inward slightly , you can pop em right in no problem. Just one at a time. The bed overall is a tank and has outstanding qualities for the cost.
Also if your feet are week on the steps , go to the hardware store buy 3/4 pipe insulation and gorilla tape, if your buying black. Cut to fit , and nice and neatly fold a strip of tape on each side for a padded ladder.
