Ordered for my daughter and fiance for xmas and had them shipped to their address which went smooth however one leg was damaged. I emailed and sent pictures and they were absolutely fantastic about sending my daughter a replacement part right away for no cost. Would do business with them again. My daughter loves the chairs now that the one is fixed, she said they are perfect and very comfortable.
