I have used this chair for about two weeks. This chair is comfortable, the height and back position can easily be adjusted. The chair is heavy and hard to move without concerted effort by someone sitting in it, but once I put felt pads on the feet it slides more easily on the wooden floor. The fifth star is missing because the height adjustment lever is hard to reach under the extra/wide seat and there is some play on the base between the piston and the seat which is noisy and feels unsolid, but otherwise I recommend it.
