Overall, this is a good product that my 11-month-old son really enjoys. It seems a little dinky/awkward when setting it up, but if you make sure your husband FOLLOWS THE DIRECTIONS it does come together nicely in the end. I turned it into an outdoor ball pit as a way to contain my son while we are outside hanging out. The netting is pretty darn sturdy, which is good because my son smashes his face against it non-stop.
As for the customer service - job well done!! The zipper on the net arrived broken. I reached out to 's customer service and they got back to me right away with a few difference solution options. My son and I are happy customers, that's for sure!
