When I first received this one of the chair legs was faulty, seems mine was a rare case though. I got in touch with the seller immediately and Wendy replied, she was extremely helpful sending out replacement legs straight away and even issuing a discount for the trouble! My chair is now perfect with the correct leg in place, I find it sturdy and the seat is comfy although an extra cushion would only improve it. Overall I love it, really brightens up my office space!!!
