Started off on rough note but eventually it was a good buy
Started off with delayed shipping and delayed delivery. Interacted with customer service on couple of occasions but I guess it was FedExs issue. Coming to the product, I really liked the packaging and the assembly is fairly easy with most of the components already semi assembled the only issue I had was with screwing foot of the couch. There were no drilled holes but just the drawing. Overall, satisfied with the couch.
