Every single part was there, plus an extra for each one. Not damaged at all. I put it together myself in about 30 min with needing an extra set of hands only once. Bed showed up a couple days early. It was slightly browned than I expected. See close up. I needed a bed with a lower bc of clearance and small room. This doesnt take up much room at all and the bear seems happy. No box spring needed.
