I work from home so I wanted something that would give me good back support. The chair is comfortable to sit in for long periods and has decent back support. My biggest complaint is how noisy it is. It constantly makes loud banging type noises (hard to describe the actual noise) when I move around in it or sit in it. And yes, I am well below the max weight limit, lol
