The headboard came damaged which was a huge negative. The damage was just on the left side and could probably be fixed but it was disappointing. It was easy to put together, however the were very difficult to figure out. Once we figured the first one out, the rest were easy. It took a little over an hour to build it and we built it without any problems. This bed seems sturdy and I havent had any noise even when my 80 pound and 65 pound dogs roughhouse on it. Overall, I dont regret buying it. It looks so good and I get compliments every time someone comes over to my house. great product!
