Weve had less/than/awesome experiences buying large furniture pieces from other online retailers, but this was a pleasant surprise. It was well/packaged. Granted, the box arrived with enough holes and dings that I was compelled to take pictures before opening in case we needed to file a claim. But the chair was clean, dry, and undamaged. The fabric is really nice and matches the screen swatches about as well as you could expect. Overall quality and look is great. Feels like this will last a long time.
