Took an hour to put it on my couch. Probably not the companys fault. Not sure if it was missing pieces but it only came with 2 foam insert grips. Should have been 5 if I read correctly. Its very soft and comfortable. The chocolate reminds me of a soft teddy bear. I was in love with it. Unfortunately after the hassle of getting it on my couch, i dised a tear in one of the seams. I was extremely disappointed. Currently in the process of returning for another. Hopefully it will be a better outcome. I will update soon.
