Excellent customer service Its firm like everyone says, but it looks amazing. Its also very large so heads up if you are looking to add this to a small space. Im 6 feet tall and can lay on it without touching either side (they make a smaller version if needed). Another note, it takes FOREVER to ship and get delivered. Do not order this if you are in a time crunch. Also make sure you plan help to bring the couch in as it is a couch and its heavy. Happy with the build quality, I would note that it sits pretty high so if youre under 59 your feet will probably dangle. Mid-centch baby!
