BUILDING : Its built by hand using Allen wrenches. Highly recommend an electric screw driver. But some parts HAVE to be done by hand because of the angles and the drill wont fit there. Definitely takes 2/3 people to build. Make sure your holes are lined up before you assemble. Its easy to flip and theres no top or bottom stickers. Speaking of stickers, they dont come off easily, and your left scraping them off, which doesnt always work. Theres a massive warning label on one of the beams. That one makes the bed look tacky and hard to come off. I understand the liability, but it looks like a bumper sticker.
THE ACTUAL BED : It shakes and feels unsturdy. Also the ladder rails are thin and it hurts climbing up and down bare foot. Need some sort of cushioning. Its also shorter than expected. For me, thats a good thing, because I have low ceilings. But its not as tall as the picture makes it out to be, even having measured before purchasing.
