I read the reviews stating the bar can be felt across the back, but purchased this item anyway. Not comfortable. I had to use heavy duty padding . In order for it not to be too uncomfortable I had to flip the sleeping to the head where the feet should be. Also, if you move around too much the legs collapse. This is with a 90 lb. woman sleeping on it. However, once it was braced it worked well enough for a temporary sleeping area.
The instructions read like they were translated from some foreign language. Very confusing, and they dont tell you the legs are zipped into the body of the bottom of the cushion. Also, I had to build in inside of the room it was used for due to the size not being able to fit through an average doorframe. Not recommended
