Ive noticed a lot of reviews people complaining about assembly difficulty, I wouldnt have called it difficult if you have any kind of even novice carpentry abilities for mechanic abilities its pretty easy to put together. There are a lot of bolts and added pieces which I like because it makes it more stable so some might find it difficult. It is a hardwood frame reinforced with very sturdy including the no regrets buying it. Oh it is low to the ground almost like youre sitting on a box spring and your mattress sitting on the floor that is fine if you dont like that youre not going to like this but I dont mind it my 18 month old can climb up on the bed.
