I got the dark blue sofas (2 of them) and they arrived quickly and well packaged. They were very easy to put together. For those saying you didnt get the bolster pillows…there is a zippered pouch on the bottom of the back rest where they should be located. I got mine. Couches have low backs, but we find them very comfortable. They are rather firm. Comfortable to sit and lay on in our opinion.
