I like the bed frame, it looks nice and is sturdy. but, for the price I would have liked it if I didnt have to contact customer service multiple times. First, the set did NOT come with instructions. I had to call and get them sent to me via email before we could even start the construction. We were about done (putting together the drawers) when we realised that we were missing the peice s which is four whole pieces of the drawers. Needless to say we were not able to finish the bed that day. Idk about you, but if I had known that it would have been such a hassle, I would have bought something else.
