Love it. My daughter begged me for a loft bed after her brother got one for Christmas. I finally caved and settled for this one. My son has the higher loft bed that has a futon under it. This bed is a lot sturdier and closer to the ground, which is way better for a six year old. The bed doesnt shake when she gets on it either. The slide is and goes fast, but it can only attach to the one side which is inconvenient. This limits the possible ways it can sit in her room. The slide actually takes up a good bit of space too. Luckily, my daughter has a large room . There is storage space underneath, but if you want it to look organized and cute, then that limits the space. I will note that she has a pillow top mattress and it is probably too big for the bed. It comes to the top of the rails. She doesnt roll around a lot or fall out of bed, but if your child does, you will want to make sure you dont have a thick mattress. She is thrilled with her bed, so I am happy too. For the sale price of 160, Im not complaining .
