Start with the chair, Came nicely packaged, Super easy to assemble took longer to break down the box. Instructions and parts labeled clearly.
The chair itself is very comfortable. I'm 5'4 and it hits my lower back easily. I can sit Indian style with no problems or with the ottoman stretched out. I am an avid knitter and can sit in this for a long time. I've tried 2 other chairs with supposedly good reviews that were not.. The third one was a charm! Absolutely love this chair.
Forgot to mention it came ahead of schedule.
