We ordered two of these rocking chairs. The first one assembled quite easily, however the second had machine drilling problems and the alignment was off and could not be put together. We returned and ordered a second one and unfortunately the same problem occured. We returned and ordered a third one and AGAIN bad chair. We returned and did not receive our money back. Contacted and they resolved the problem easily and we received our refund! Thank you !!
