This is the first time I have purchased a piece of furniture online, and I was skeptical. But I was buying it mainly for decor in an office rather than heavy use, so I thought Id give it a try. Very impressed. Customer service was great ... the chair arrived before it was scheduled to be delivered, well-packaged. The instructions were very easy to understand, the chair was simple to assemble, the chair is actually very sturdy and it has a very nice look to it. I appreciate the positive experience ... those arent easy to come by these days!
