Box was heavily damaged when received screws where missing. Called the manufacture and they sent us additional screws and was great to work with to resolve the missing hardware issues. We put together the bed easily, great instructions. Weve had the bed for several months now and everything seems to be holding up well. Customer support from this company was exceptional.
