The chairs are nice however, after putting them together one of the chairs is unbalanced. Only three of the legs touch the ground. Customer service gave me the option to return/exchange or return/refund. This wouldnt be so bad if I didnt have to disassemble them before returning! I will most likely return for full refund to ensure I dont receive another defective chair.
