I was surprised when I received the product because some pieces were hanging outside the box. It would be a disaster if those components were lost during the shipment. The package came with a pair of cotton gloves, and the assembly process took about 15 minutes. The cloth cover fits the seat's shape pretty well, and the ergonomic design makes the barstool very comfortable. Great barstools!
