    Good for hip thrust too

The item comes already assembled and folded up so all you have to do is unfold it which is easy enough. The height is actually about 14.75 inches - 16 inches (the top of the bench is 16 and the lowest part of the cushion is 14.75) which is good for hip thrusts (I am 53). It was stable enough that I was able to do hip thrusts, obvious problem with any bench you have is when initially lifting up it might scoot back but just place it against a wall or put plates behind it and it is all good, didnt tilt in any way. It is easily adjustable angle-wise (the height itself is not adjustable if that is something you are wanting), both the seat and backrest are adjustable to go flat or incline upwards. It seems like a good bench, it is exactly as pictured and I tested it out with my arm/back day and my lower body day (only used the bench for hip thrust on lower body day). My upper body isnt super strong so I did not test it with anything more than my weight of 120Ibs and the bar with 10s on it at 65Ibs but it seems sturdy.
