All the support (wasnt much to begin with) has been lost over only a year and a half. The chair squeaks and is not stable (I have tightened the screws and oiled the connections without success). It marks up and the pleather cracks easily. As you can see in the image, the seat is quite dirty. This is after having cleaned it with magic eraser (I also wear clean, nonmarking clothes). The leather on the arms has cracked.
