Take note of the vertical support poles that bolt directly to the trampoline frame. The top ends of these poles have a slight bend to them. Ensure the slightly bent part faces inward, towards one another.
The seller CrossLinks had great customer service! The trampoline shipped fairly well but I was missing one spring to it. The very next day CrossLinks confirmed and resolved the issue. I'm thankful for the good experience.
Overall, this trampoline was intended for indoor use so I cannot speak about the durability of it staying outside. But it is sturdily built from the structure down to the stiching.
